Pizza 4p lý quốc sư

Pizza 4Phường, a Vietnamese restaurant opened by a Japanese that serves…. Italian cuisine? This restaurant was highly raved about by my friends who had been lớn Vietphái nam, with some telling me that I MUST drop by if I were to visit Hanoi. Having tried lots of pizza straight from the cities of Italy, I thought khổng lồ myself, how good can this Pizza 4Phường be? But oh boy, never have I been so wrong in my life.

The modern restaurant sits right at the heart of the old quarter, with a huge glass window that draws people walking by to lớn peek inside. The restaurant is larger than it seems from the outside. Walking in, you will be welcomed with brick loft walls và even a second floor.

For the best experience, make reservations early and sit in front of the open kitchen, where there is a marble counter và two wood-burning ovens. Dine as you watch the chefs make the delicious pizzas from scratch, how interesting is that!

Pizza 4Phường. has a wonderful selection of Pizzas và Pastas, and I would not mind trying out everything on their thực đơn if I had the stomach space and money to vày so. Their online menu does not indicate the price though, but expect a full pizza khổng lồ cost around VND 250,000 – 300,000 và pastas around VND 140,000 – 2đôi mươi,000.

House-made Smoked Cheese Bolognese Spaghetti (VND 140,000)

I would say that pesto pasta is an acquired taste, and I am not really a bạn of it. My friends loved the Clam and Basil Sauce Spaghetti at Pizza 4Phường, stating that it was one of the best they had ever tried!

Mixed Pizza & Burrata VND(250,000-300,000 for one full pizza)

What I really loved about Pizza 4Phường is the option of the half and half pizza, where you are allowed to choose 2 flavours on one pizza. I went with the Burrata Parma Ham Margherita as I couldn’t give sầu their Burrata a miss và their Salmon Miso Cream as I was curious how the fusion of Japanese và Italian cuisine would be like.

Their fondant chocolate cake was not exactly mind blowing, but it was a good dessert to over off a satisfying meal!

For its chất lượng, expect yourself lớn pay a bit more than the usual the street stalls in Hanoi but trust me, it is worth it! Their staff are extremely professional and can converse well in English, which made it easy for us lớn get a seat and order. Do remember khổng lồ make a reservation before heading down as their restaurant gets really busy during dinner time! You can make a reservation on their trang web which can be found below!
